OCR Drop & Market Update
With the recent Official Cash Rate drop, confidence is beginning to return to the market. While rental prices have softened slightly over the past few months, we’re expecting more movement early in the new year as enquiry levels steadily pick up again. We’ll continue to monitor the market closely and keep you updated on any shifts that may impact your property.
Busy Elves at Housemart
It has been all go here as we wrap up the year. From onboarding new properties to final inspections, our team has been working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly heading into the holiday period.
Our Annual Tradie BBQ
This month we hosted our annual tradie BBQ – a small wy for us to say thank you to the incredible contractors who keep our owners’ properties in top condition all year round. They continue to go above and beyond, and we couldn’t do what we do without them.
The Secret Christmas Party…
As always, our Christmas party plans are tightly under wraps. Hayley is once again in charge of organising the festivities, and true to style she’s keeping the details firmly up her sleeve. The rest of us are waiting with equal parts excitement and fear to see what she’s planned this time!
